The Million

“The Million”, is a new project in Asprovalta, Thessaloniki, impresses everyone with its size and design. It is a complex of 100 residences with a shop and a central swimming pool, while 14 residences have their own private pool. Its design was carried out with our main concern being the full integration into the natural environment, while taking advantage of the view over the entire coastal front of this beautiful area and the open space from each residence or apartment. The architectural composition was created in such a way as to convey a sense of neighborhood combined with privacy. Functionality, excellent design and modern architecture that coexists harmoniously with the traditional architectural elements of the area are just a few of the elements that give value to this project. The materials chosen are stone, earthy tones and textures that are in complete harmony with the natural environment. In this context, the exterior space was also studied with the same care, with the accesses and recreational areas, as well as the central pool, around which most of the complex's functions are concentrated.
